About This Role
We’re looking for a Technical Services Senior Recruiter to help us grow the highly specialized teams that power Stitch, from solution engineers and technical project managers to technically fluent sales leaders. These roles sit at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client delivery, and they require a recruiter who can confidently identify top talent, speak the language of our business, and build trust with experienced candidates. If you thrive on hiring for complex, technical-adjacent roles and love partnering closely with hiring managers to shape high-impact teams, this role is for you!
Please note: Our Talent team thrives on creative energy and that spark can strike anywhere: on Slack, over Zoom, or around a whiteboard in the office. While Stitch is a remote-first company and we hire for roles across the US, UK, and Canada, our Talent team is currently based in the Indianapolis area and works from our downtown HQ a couple of times a week. We regularly welcome new hires to the office for onboarding moments, so having you nearby helps you stay plugged into the pulse of the brand and build connections with teammates, both old and new. That’s why we’re looking for someone located in the Indy area who’s excited to collaborate in person from time to time, while still hiring roles remotely across the country.
