About This Role

We’re looking for a Technical Services Senior Recruiter to help us grow the highly specialized teams that power Stitch, from solution engineers and technical project managers to technically fluent sales leaders. These roles sit at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client delivery, and they require a recruiter who can confidently identify top talent, speak the language of our business, and build trust with experienced candidates. If you thrive on hiring for complex, technical-adjacent roles and love partnering closely with hiring managers to shape high-impact teams, this role is for you! 

Please note: Our Talent team thrives on creative energy and that spark can strike anywhere: on Slack, over Zoom, or around a whiteboard in the office. While Stitch is a remote-first company and we hire for roles across the US, UK, and Canada, our Talent team is currently based in the Indianapolis area and works from our downtown HQ a couple of times a week. We regularly welcome new hires to the office for onboarding moments, so having you nearby helps you stay plugged into the pulse of the brand and build connections with teammates, both old and new. That’s why we’re looking for someone located in the Indy area who’s excited to collaborate in person from time to time, while still hiring roles remotely across the country.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for 40+ high-priority, highly specialized roles each year across our sales and marketing technology consulting teams, consistently delivering top-tier talent who align with Stitch’s values and raise the bar.
  • Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for key roles so we’re ready to hire before a need officially opens
  • Write and edit compelling, human job descriptions that reflect the Stitch voice
  • Source high-quality candidates using thoughtful, personalized outreach (including video messaging!)
  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers on how to run a consistent, engaging process
  • Host kickoff and debrief meetings and drive accountability across interview loops
  • Use AI tools and automation thoughtfully to speed up sourcing, nurture outreach, and scheduling
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects like interview training, talent brand storytelling, and onboarding process improvements
  • Be a thought partner to the Talent leadership team and help shape the future of the Talent function at Stitch

  • You speak the language of the business. You understand our consulting model, the tools we work with (like Braze), and can clearly articulate our value to experienced candidates.
  • Hiring managers trust you as a thought partner. You help shape job strategy, clarify needs, and guide hiring decisions with confidence.
  • You move quickly without sacrificing quality. You run efficient, structured processes that create clarity for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidates feel respected and informed. From first touch to final offer, you create a candidate experience that’s kind, clear, and human.
  • You build strong pipelines proactively. You’re not waiting for the role to open. You’re already talking to the kind of talent we’ll need next.
  • You bring ideas to the table. You spot patterns, suggest improvements, and help us scale the Talent function in smart, strategic ways.
  • You model calm and competence. Even in a (seriously) fast-moving environment, you stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow through.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technical and/or consulting organizations
  • Strong experience hiring for highly specialized and senior-level roles with nuance, discretion, and professionalism
  • The ability to absorb complex concepts and speak confidently with subject matter experts
  • Strong business acumen. You understand how the right hire impacts growth, revenue, and culture
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out, spot patterns, and improve systems
  • A people-first approach to hiring—you care deeply about candidate experience and inclusivity
  • Clear, compelling communication skills. You’re a natural storyteller!
  • Confidence with ATS platforms (we use Workable), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a bias for action
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
