We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to help drive high-volume hiring across our operations and support teams. In this fast-paced, full-time role, you’ll do more than schedule interviews—you’ll also conduct initial candidate screens, maintain structured hiring pipelines, and keep the recruitment engine running smoothly.

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit, professionalism, and communication
Keep candidate pipelines up to date in our ATS (Recruiterflow)
Post job descriptions, manage applicant flow, and move candidates through stages
Draft and send candidate communications, including rejections and follow-ups
Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to improve workflows
Help maintain a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from start to finish
1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or agency/ops hiring
Strong communication and interviewing skills—you’re confident on Zoom and email
Excellent organization and calendar management across time zones
Familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Recruiterflow, or similar ATS)
Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing track of details
Available to work full-time on PST or EST hours
