The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals and objectives. The HRBP also aligns the Centers of Excellence (Learning/Development, Compensation/Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Labor Relations) business objectives with employees and management of the designated business units they support.
