We’re growing and scaling quickly and looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer/Coordinator to help build out our engineering team for the next 6 months. You will have a huge impact on the company's overall success by bringing in top talent, delivering a positive candidate experience, and hitting our growth goals.
Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and job boards
Manage the all-important candidate experience from scheduling phone/video calls to managing onsite interviews
Ensure that all recruiting activity is accurately tracked in order to make data-driven decisions and find efficiencies in the process
Develop creative and innovative ways to build and strengthen the candidate pipeline
Assist in all other areas of the company's recruiting process as needed
3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer/Coordinator with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive engineering talent (In-house recruitment experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Experience with an ATS (We use Ashby!)
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Results-driven and comfortable with ambiguity
Startup experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree

The salary range for this full-time position is $35-65/hour. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
