Skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, especially Greenhouse.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Tech-savviness with Google Suite tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support such as posting jobs, sending offer letters, pulling reports, and organizing documents.
- Manage candidate communications and schedule interviews through the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
- Become a Greenhouse power-user to maintain efficient and accurate recruitment data.
- Collaborate with coordinators, recruiters, and people operations to ensure smooth candidate experience and onboarding.
- Provide in-office support for onsite candidate interviews when needed.
Education
- No specific degree required, but interest or background in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.
