Essential Attributes
We are looking for candidates with:
-Experience working with individuals that find it challenging to express themselves verbally.
-Experience working in the human/social service field interviewing customers to obtain personal and sensitive information to help determine eligibility for agency programs and benefits.
-Experience creating and maintaining written documentation of activities concerning individual client cases.
-Experience with case management and assessing customers’ strengths & service needs.
-Capacity to communicate, establish boundaries and set realistic goals/milestones.
-Experience explaining complex rules, regulations, processes, and procedures both verbally and in written communications while demonstrating respect, preserving dignity, and a passion to serve the public
