Fireblocks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic hiring initiatives that fuel rapid growth in the fintech and blockchain sectors. You'll be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle and creating exceptional candidate experiences.

Skills

  • Proven success in hiring across GTM, G&A, and IT
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft tailored hiring strategies
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM, G&A, and IT roles
  • Source top talent using innovative strategies to engage passive candidates
  • Provide data-driven insights on market trends and talent availability
  • Collaborate with global recruiting team members to share best practices
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support growth
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences
  • Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Maintain detailed pipeline reporting and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements based on data analysis
