- Leverage analytics knowledge to guide customers in optimizing Sigma’s platform.
- Develop strategies to maximize net dollar retention, including upselling and churn reduction.
- Advocate customer needs and feedback to the product team for feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with customers on success plans aligned with their business goals.
- Design and deliver educational sessions to increase product adoption and engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or relating field.
