Responsibilities

- Guide issue resolution by working with customers and internal teams.
- Develop best practices from customer engagements to scale successful initiatives.
- Act as a single point of contact during critical situations for CSE managed accounts.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Relevant certifications are a plus
