Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Previous experience in customer service or online support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of CRM software and live chat platforms
