Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in B2B environments
- Understanding of E.U. security requirements, GDPR compliance, and localization practices
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and an additional language like Spanish, French, or German
- Technical knowledge of AI products and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk
- Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-centric environments with high satisfaction standards
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to enterprise customers in U.S. and E.U. markets addressing complex issues and product usage guidance
- Collaborate with support leadership and product teams to improve the Enterprise Pro offering
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Perplexity Enterprise features including AI models and cloud integrations
- Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
- Track and report on support metrics such as response times and customer satisfaction
- Assist with security compliance related to E.U. regulations and data protection standards
- Support enterprise clients in diverse industries with unique use cases
Education
- Relevant experience in customer support roles for enterprise software
