Responsibilities
- Oversee client education programs on communications design and market trends
- Present communications design ideas and recommendations to clients alongside leadership
- Manage day-to-day workflow of Communications Design outputs in consultation with Client Leads
- Deploy communications design briefs and engage relevant stakeholders including agencies and partnerships
- Lead ideation sessions and curate actionable outcomes
- Develop integrated communications architecture across Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid media
- Integrate Specialty Business Units activities with client briefs to align with business goals
- Implement communications design as part of client business development and growth strategies
