Director of Product Marketing - Sales Enablement

Figment is a leading Web3 infrastructure company specializing in blockchain staking solutions for institutional clients. We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing - Sales Enablement with deep expertise in digital assets and staking to drive compelling messaging and sales support for our product offerings globally.

Skills

  • Expertise in product marketing and sales enablement within crypto, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of staking, validators, and the digital asset ecosystem
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills for both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, buyer-relevant messaging
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Understanding of institutional investor and regulated market environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated messaging and clear value propositions for staking infrastructure products
  • Create compelling sales pitch decks and sales collateral tailored to institutional audiences
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams to evolve messaging based on market feedback
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing materials and co-branded campaigns
  • Own launch messaging and positioning for new protocols and product launches
  • Translate technical product updates into clear, externally facing communications
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation aligned with evolving features and protocols
  • Lead and manage a team including Protocol Marketing lead, Marketing Operations Coordinator, and Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement (APAC)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
