Senior People Operations Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior People Operations Program Manager to lead critical HR programs, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across multiple regions during their rapid expansion and IPO readiness.

  • Knowledge of U.S. and international labor laws

Responsibilities

  • Lead People Operations programs focused on scalability and consistency in lifecycle events, leaves, background checks, and global mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across U.S. states and international regions by collaborating with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Drive execution of critical projects including IPO readiness, RFPs, and internal system rollouts.
  • Support internal and client audits by managing documentation and coordinating processes.
  • Implement and maintain operational tools to enhance People team workflows.
  • Manage compliance reporting and filings such as EEO and employment verification.
  • Oversee immigration processes and facilitate global employee transitions.
  • Contribute to entity setup and Employer of Record management for international operations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
