Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and implement a company-wide procurement system for vendor onboarding, spend approvals, and invoice management
- Manage the full accounts payable lifecycle including invoice intake, payments, and reconciliations
- Partner with IT and budget owners to manage software licenses, negotiate renewals, and reduce redundant SaaS costs
- Develop and enforce an updated expense policy balancing control and usability
- Serve as the key resource for procurement process improvements, spend compliance, and cost visibility across teams
- Build vendor tracking systems, dashboards, and scalable workflows
- Develop and report on key accounts payable and procurement performance metrics
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, focus on finance, business, or related field
