Sales Strategy & Operations | Enterprise Lead

Verkada is a fast-growing leader in cloud-based physical security solutions, offering integrated products to enhance safety and operational efficiency. They seek a Sales Strategy & Operations Enterprise Lead to drive growth and operational excellence in their Enterprise sales team based in New York City.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Tableau or Looker a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business acumen with ability to solve complex problems end-to-end.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Improve sales motion efficiency and drive higher bookings at sustainable costs.
  • Manage P&L including headcount, revenue, and cost in collaboration with sales and finance.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements, acting as product manager with software engineers.
  • Develop analytical insights and reporting to guide sales strategy and success measurement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top institution preferred.
