Ultimate Care is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Home Care Office Lead to join our dynamic team!
The HR Home Care Office Lead is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations while maintaining compliance with HR policies and home care industry regulations. This role involves overseeing HR operations, recruitment, and compliance while managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and employee records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with HR operations in the home care industry.
Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with employment laws, managing recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding, and supervising office employees to ensure adherence to industry standards. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HHA Exchange software, and HR databases is essential.
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm, based on candidate performance and fit.
Salary Range: $25-$27 an hour, based on experience.
Schedule: M-F, 8:30AM-5:00PM, on-site.
