- Drive the offer process and negotiate compensation packages
- Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and recruitment best practices
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience
