Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality SMEs to maintain relevant training content.
- Implement remedial training programs tied to workmanship trends and defect root cause analysis.
- Deploy instructor-led, on-the-job, and virtual learning programs through internal tools and LMS.
- Manage workforce readiness metrics aligned with production milestones.
- Coordinate training resources and curricula with production and test operations.
- Build, coach, and lead a multidisciplinary team of training specialists and engineers.
- Develop long-term workforce development strategies aligned with production ramp goals.
- Use data analytics to assess training outcomes and prioritize interventions.
- Partner with recruiting and educational institutions to develop talent pipelines.
- Represent SpaceX in educational outreach and industry forums.
Education
