Responsibilities
- Coordinate electronics production associates to meet manufacturing goals
- Enforce area standards, conduct performance reviews, and manage disciplinary actions
- Prioritize work according to production schedules and organizational objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks in production processes
- Manage support teams to minimize production downtime
- Ensure product quality and conformity to specifications
- Handle non-conforming hardware to restore product flow
- Conduct safety audits and drive continuous improvements
- Optimize product and personnel flow through factory lines
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions on defects
- Support product transition from engineering development to high-rate production
- Review technical drawings and provide manufacturability feedback
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or 5+ years manufacturing/production experience in lieu of degree
