Sodexo is seeking a Training Manager for the Parkview Health System located in Fort Wayne, IN. This Manager will be the subject matter expert leading learning opportunities for our Managers and Frontline employees within Food Service. 

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. What You'll Do

• Administer, organize, and conduct educational programs in connection with management and promotional development
• On-the-job training, and employee orientation
• Identify training needs
• Understands training resources in Division
• Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
• Monitor effectiveness of programs

• fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
• detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 3 years Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years in training
