Core Platform Product Management Team
The Core Platform Product Management team is a highly skilled, collaborative group with decades of industry expertise. We tackle the most complex challenges our customers face around the world, leveraging the power of the cloud-based Now Platform.
We work side-by-side with Engineering and Quality teams, and partner across the entire organization to deliver advanced, scalable technology solutions that drive exceptional customer outcomes.
Role Description:
As our customers continue to grow with us, so does their workload across the enterprise and their customer base. You will bring experience in scaling and enhancing existing platform systems such as Java Runtime and JDK, platform caching, resource management, and elasticity and scale of infrastructure in both virtual and dedicated environments.
You know how to blend existing capabilities with new innovations to deliver products that meet the needs of our fastest-growing customers. In this role, you will work closely with software and quality engineering teams to analyze logs, performance metrics, and usage analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
You will collaborate with product managers across the platform and business units, and engage regularly with both internal and external customers as part of a high-impact, customer-focused, and highly collaborative team environment.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Management, Core Platform.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $147,300 - $257,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
