Responsibilities
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life
- Maintain and evolve product roadmaps based on internal and customer input
- Support technical meetings and deliver customer presentations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Own Market Requirement Specifications guiding product development
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support R&D investment decisions
- Collaborate with finance on financial models including NPV, IRR, and cost metrics
- Create business plans, forecasting, and support budget planning cycles
- Drive internal teams to meet product profitability targets
- Lead new product introductions with strategic positioning and internal alignment
- Collaborate with R&D on specifications, demos, and technical priorities
- Engage suppliers to build capabilities for next-generation products
- Develop promotional materials and support sales enablement
Education
- Master’s or PhD in Material Science, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
