Job Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our employee recognition and engagement platform. You will contribute to strategy and roadmap decisions, and be heavily involved in the execution of multiple, consecutive key product initiatives—including AI-driven features and core product enhancements, with a focus on seamless UX, and scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams in India and design and sales/customer success teams in the US to deliver high-impact products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
You will join a lean, close-knit, cross-functional team who fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth. We lead with empathy and accountability, within our teams and also with our customers!
