- Deep understanding of payment settlement and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to manage payment risk and optimize payment success globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute billing, payment processing, and risk management roadmap globally.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk to optimize payment systems.
- Drive operational excellence to maximize transaction success rates and minimize refunds and chargebacks.
- Maintain and improve payment documentation and tools, ensuring partner engagement and support.
- Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Lead payment risk mitigation efforts and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Analyze data and reporting to inform payment strategies and decisions.
- Coach and develop the Payment Operations team to ensure high performance and morale.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
