Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems and scalable solutions
- Define product KPIs and use data-driven decision making
- Create detailed product requirements, documentation, and agile sprint planning
- Collaborate with engineering to build API-enabled, extensible systems supporting internationalization
- Break down projects into actionable tickets and ensure sprint commitments
- Monitor project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain timelines
- Provide regular updates to business and executive stakeholders
- Design user flows and wireframes for team alignment
- Instrument product for performance metrics and improvement opportunities
- Use data insights for feature proposals and optimizations
- Collaborate with UX and internal teams for exceptional user experiences
- Build partnerships with third-party vendors and integrate their systems
