PComm Direct, a direct mail printing company located in Addison, IL, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations in our digital print and mail production facility, managing a team of skilled and semi-skilled employees.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate the workflow of print and mail production jobs.
• Supervise and support employees in the digital printing and bindery departments.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor job progress, communicate production updates, and relay special instructions.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering paper stock and supplies.
• Manage outgoing shipments using UPS ship store.
• Maintain and schedule regular servicing of equipment.
• Promote and uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Occasionally operate delivery van or box truck as needed.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules based on production needs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the printing or direct mail industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar operations or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of print and mail production processes, including USPS regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
