As an International Casino Host, you’ll play a key role in shaping the ultimate casino and hospitality experience, ensuring our valued guests feel like VIPs every step of the way. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Partner with senior marketing executives to deliver seamless communication and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Build and grow relationships with guests, ensuring their every need is met from check-in to check-out.
Use cutting-edge systems like VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON to manage reservations with precision.
Support exclusive marketing events and promotions, representing the property with flair and professionalism.
Resolve concerns and disputes with poise, creating positive outcomes for both guests and the company.
Uphold strict confidentiality for all guest information, adhering to our policies and legal requirements.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
