Generations at Regency in Niles, IL, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Executive Assistant - $20.00 per hour + Full Benefit Package!
We are looking for a dynamic, conscientious, and professional individual to assist us in our busy Human Resources Department!
The Ideal Candidate is available to work M-F, 8am-4pm, with an occasional earlier start. Will act as Manager on Duty one day a month.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Collaborate with facility Administrator
- Maintain personnel files
- Onboard new employees
- Assist with payroll
- Transportation scheduling
- Insurance Authorizations
- May interact with facility residents with regard to financial issues
- Liaise between facility and corporate office
- Cover reception as necessary
Requirements
of the Executive Assistant:
- High School Diploma
- General office experience, preferably in a long term care facility
- Some familiarity with payroll
- Experience in a Human Resources department helpful
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EXCEL
- Knowledge of Paylocity and PointClickCare preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prefessional demeanor and appearance
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must have compassion and understanding of older adults
