Our engineering, product, design, and marketing teams work from our Redwood City office 3 days per week. Position Overview:

Ambient.ai is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in scaling both our Engineering/Product/Design (EPD) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

As a Talent Sourcer at Ambient.ai, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders to identify and engage top-tier talent across a variety of roles—from software engineers and product designers to enterprise sellers and customer success leaders. You’ll bring a consultative mindset and a sharp eye for high-signal profiles, helping us build world-class teams across both technical and commercial functions.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities in both the US and India

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build strong candidate pipelines for EPD and GTM functions

  • Identify and engage passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and online communities

  • Communicate compelling narratives that reflect Ambient’s mission, product vision, and career opportunities

  • Stay up to date on market trends, talent movements, and competitive intelligence across both technical and commercial talent markets

  • Maintain and organize talent pools for high-priority and evergreen roles, ensuring a strong pipeline when hiring needs arise

  • Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, market insights, and candidate funnel health to recruiters and hiring teams

The amazing skills you'll bring to Ambient.ai:

  • 4+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to both technical and GTM roles

  • Strong understanding of technical functions (e.g., software engineering, product management) as well as commercial roles (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success)

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and CRM best practices

  • Exceptional communication skills—you can write compelling outreach and engage candidates across disciplines

  • Highly organized and adaptable—you can context-switch between technical and non-technical roles without missing a beat

  • Proactive, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment

We take a market-based approach to pay here at Ambient.ai, and pay may vary depending on multiple factors. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, level, market conditions, and internal parity. 

Base salary is just one component of our total rewards package. As a fast-growing start-up, our regular employees are also granted stock options, and an opportunity to succeed when Ambient.ai succeeds.  As a young start-up with product market fit, our stock upside is substantial, and a large part of our total rewards strategy. 

The pay scale below represents the starting base salary range we expect to pay for this position, and is subject to change*: 

SF Bay Area:  $125,000 - $140,000

*From time to time, we may decide to make an offer to a candidate that is either leveled below or above this role based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
