Remote 1099 Full-Cycle Recruiter (Commission-Only) (*Please read full description before applying)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Compensation: Commission Only – Earn 50% of Gross Placement Fees (Uncapped – average fee: $15K–$25K)

Overview:

Fox Staffing Network is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our remote team as independent contractors (1099). This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for recruiters who want flexibility, high earning potential, and full ownership over their work.

You’ll work full-cycle — sourcing both clients and candidates — and be rewarded with generous commission splits, tool access after performance milestones, and a streamlined infrastructure to help you succeed without micromanagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
• Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
• Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls

What You Need:

• Experience in full cycle recruiting, staffing, B2B sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Access to your own phone, computer, and internet
• Willingness to start with free tools before unlocking paid ones based on performance
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)

This Role is NOT for You If You Need:

• A guaranteed salary or hourly pay
• Full-time employment, benefits, or PTO
• Handheld training and management
• Leads handed to you from day one

*1 year of either agency or corporate recruitment experience required

This is a 1099 position. The Recruiter shall be engaged as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the Company. The Recruiter will not be entitled to any employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.
