Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs)
- Pre-screen candidates for compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Partner with Fleet Operations and external vendors to meet hiring goals
- Promote the benefits of joining Gatik’s AVO program
- Process candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate background checks and other compliance evaluations
- Oversee logistics for candidate onboarding and road tests
- Analyze data to refine the recruiting process
Education
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
