Recruiter Back Office | US Based Operations (GDL Hybrid)

We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Recruiter Back Office to support our sourcing and recruiting efforts for U.S.-based clients. This is a role that focuses on administrative recruitment tasks and operational support, ideal for someone with sourcing experience and strong familiarity with recruitment tools such as HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the U.S. recruitment team by sourcing candidates for various frontline and corporate roles using databases, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Organize and manage candidate pipelines, folders, and tracking templates.
  • Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure data consistency.
  • Format resumes and help prepare candidate presentations for hiring managers.
  • Research market trends and generate talent maps to support sourcing strategies.
  • Support recruiters by drafting job postings, email templates, and reports.
  • Monitor sourcing KPIs and help identify areas for process improvement.
  • Help with coordination tasks like interview scheduling or email communications, when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR administration—ideally for U.S.-based roles.
  • Experience using HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Advanced English to work for a US Based company.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and project/task tools like Trello or Notion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual team environment with shifting priorities.
  • Availability to work in Hybrid mode - GDL based offices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments (blue & white collar roles).
  • Familiarity with Workday, Avature, or Kenexa BrassRing.
  • Understanding of U.S. time zones and work culture.
  • Interest in recruitment analytics and reporting.
