Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of HR Service Delivery Specialists, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing audits, and administering benefits and leave of absence processes.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; in-depth knowledge of HR compliance, benefits programs, and auditing; proficiency in Workday system and case management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5+ years experience in HR, 2+ years in a leadership role, and experience with global HR audits and compliance initiatives.

Compensation: $78000 - $90000 / Annually
