Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end event execution from planning to on-site management and post-event wrap-up
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue, travel, catering, registration, shipping, and AV setup
- Manage external vendors and agency partners ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Assist in event budget development, tracking expenses, and cost reconciliation
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to align event strategies
- Provide on-site support and event execution as needed
- Ensure all event elements are branded and visually polished
- Support post-event reporting and analysis to measure impact and improve future events
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related disciplines
