Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a healthy book of business by closing new customers and upselling existing ones.
- Conduct discovery calls and client consultations to understand supply chain needs.
- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Meetings to help clients plan growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
- Navigate and sell Flexport’s suite of supply chain products across shipment lifecycles.
- Manage customer onboarding by coordinating with internal resources.
- Own sales process from prospecting through closing with creativity and competitive drive.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
