We're creating a new AI operating system that has the potential to change the way companies operate. Our mission at Dust is to transform how work gets done by letting any team and employee shape the exact agents they need to accelerate their jobs.
With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We already are a core part of their jobs.
We are at an exciting stage of our journey. We‘ve raised our Series A, expanded in the US, and hit the $1m and $2m ARR milestones in 2024; we aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2025.
Dust is a Sequoia-backed company with an experienced and determined team of optimists (coming from companies like Stripe or OpenAI) that like to focus on users, getting great things done by shipping fast, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so.
We’re looking for a hands-on, highly creative Founding Growth Marketer to run experiments that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline. Someone who knows what works because they’ve run the experiments, not because they read it in a growth handbook. Someone who’s hungry, sharp, and knows how to build momentum in an early-stage company.
This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and responsibility. You’ll spend most of your time executing. The rest of your time goes into identifying leverage points and working closely with our product, GTM teams, and Founding Product Marketer.
Growth & acquisition (you own this)
Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and more
Spin up experiments: microapps, landing pages, out-of-home, partnerships, anything that gets attention
Work with design and eng to ship quickly and test often
Track results, tweak relentlessly, and know when to kill an idea
Content & SEO (you help run this)
Make sure blogs, guides, and changelogs get published, promoted, and seen
Help maintain SEO momentum with smart on-page optimization and distribution
Product & brand support
Support product launches with channel-specific campaigns
Help organize in-person events and drive founder visibility through podcast, event, and PR outreach
4–6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at B2B SaaS companies
You’ve owned a number—pipeline, signups, MQLs—and moved it
80%+ of your time goes to execution. You can write copy, set up campaigns, analyze results
You’ve worked in a fast-paced startup and don’t wait for instructions or process
You’re an excellent writer and have a good eye for what resonates
Someone who thinks they’re too senior to write copy or hit publish on a blog post
Someone who doesn’t want to get their hands dirty
Someone who needs long planning cycles
Someone looking to “own strategy” but not execution
Competitive compensation: $100K - $200K base salary
Significant equity package at a Sequoia-backed startup
Health benefits for you and your dependents
New MacBook Pro or Linux machine, monitor, keyboard, etc.
Beautiful office in San Francisco
Opportunity to travel to the EU multiple times a year
Regular team events and off-site
We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris and San Francisco, valuing the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
We're not building yet another enterprise SaaS tool. We’re creating an AI OS that will fundamentally change how companies operate. We believe existing AI models are powerful enough to have a tremendous impact on the world (and will keep getting better) – the key is building the infrastructure so that they have context and explore the best interfaces for humans to interact with them.
We have the unique opportunity to explore and shape the way humans interact with machines while working on a product we use ourselves every day.
If you're excited about crafting products that reinvent B2B software and want to join a team that combines the best of startup culture with the backing of top-tier investors, we'd love to talk.
👋 Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.
