Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Off Site Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Edgeway. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Off Site Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and efficient troubleshooting of technical issues related to our products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Communicate with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers with their inquiries
- Track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Proficient in using technology and learning new software quickly
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus
