Responsibilities
- Execute assigned People Services project tasks across various workstreams
- Lead or participate in multiple projects of different scales at once
- Update and organize People intranet and knowledge base content
- Draft and revise HR documentation such as SOPs and process flows
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
- Participate in hands-on testing of new tools and process changes
- Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Partner closely with the People Services team to keep momentum on key deliverables
- Support ad hoc tasks to help keep momentum on critical deliverables
