- Expertise in Python and SQL with 5+ years of experience
- Strong background in ML model development using tools like sklearn
- Experience with large language models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with data visualization and Python web frameworks (Dash, Streamlit)
- Understanding of cloud architectures and underlying data systems
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Co-develop production-level data science projects with customers across industries
- Support users by delivering training, consultative support, and platform integration
- Provide strategic input to customer and account teams to ensure customer success
- Lead technical project scoping and design for pre-sales activities
- Identify and flag technical and non-technical risks during customer engagements
- Develop custom Python plugins in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate agile sprints, prioritize tasks, and manage backlog grooming
- Represent Dataiku through demos and tech talks at public company events
- Lead technical interviews for Junior Data Scientist candidates
- Contribute internal best practice documents or external blog posts annually
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
