Responsibilities
- Serve as primary receptionist and host for the Denver office during business hours.
- Support pre-opening operations and maintain a welcoming, organized workspace.
- Manage office supply inventory, mail, packages, and food/beverage deliveries.
- Anticipate employee needs and communicate workplace changes effectively.
- Partner with people team to coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment events.
- Organize internal/external events such as lunches, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Recommend local venues and catering options to enhance workplace culture.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
