Responsibilities
- Own requisitions across Engineering from junior to senior management level
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align requisition priorities
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to manage the full-cycle recruiting process
- Conduct outbound candidate searches and assess internal applicants
- Schedule and execute recruiter screens
- Report on hiring progress to the TA team and business
