Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator who will play a hands-on role in supporting the full-cycle recruiting efforts for a rapidly growing company in the upstream oil and gas sector. The Recruiting Coordinator will support and enhance our client's recruitment operations by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling, and logistics, and assisting with process improvement across the hiring lifecycle. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings professional persistence, and can balance detail orientation with a results-driven mindset. This position offers visibility and influence within a collaborative HR team and works closely with hiring managers across the company. Experience in oil and gas (upstream or midstream) is strongly preferred. This is a remote position working mostly MST and CST hours. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Please note that we cannot work C2C.

Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensational decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6-month consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $25-$50. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
