Director, HR Transformation & Planning

Commvault, a leading public company in cyber resilience, seeks a strategic Director of HR Transformation & Planning. This role partners with CHRO and HR leadership to embed structured planning and process rigor to advance HR strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with CHRO and HR leadership team to shape and execute strategic HR priorities.
  • Drive annual and quarterly HR planning cycles including OKRs, workforce planning, and budgeting.
  • Develop and manage PowerPoint materials for executive briefings and board updates.
  • Establish and operationalize HR operating rhythms and leadership meeting cadence.
  • Build frameworks and rigor into HR programs such as compensation and performance reviews.
  • Design and manage HR scorecards, dashboards, and metrics reporting.
  • Coordinate progress across HR teams ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence.
  • Provide proactive insights on industry benchmarks and internal gaps to leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree preferred
