Responsibilities
- Partner with CHRO and HR leadership team to shape and execute strategic HR priorities.
- Drive annual and quarterly HR planning cycles including OKRs, workforce planning, and budgeting.
- Develop and manage PowerPoint materials for executive briefings and board updates.
- Establish and operationalize HR operating rhythms and leadership meeting cadence.
- Build frameworks and rigor into HR programs such as compensation and performance reviews.
- Design and manage HR scorecards, dashboards, and metrics reporting.
- Coordinate progress across HR teams ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Identify and implement process improvements with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence.
- Provide proactive insights on industry benchmarks and internal gaps to leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
