Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an HR Generalist to contribute to our team in Chambersburg, PA. This role provides broad HR support across all core functions but will place a strong emphasis on recruiting, managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies, onboarding, facilitating new hire orientations, and leading associate roundtables. The HR Generalist will play an active, visible role on the floor, building relationships at all levels while supporting employees throughout their journey with the organization.

Hiring Salary Range: $67,140k - $84,892k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
