Beloform is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports the sales department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules, meetings, and client communications

  • Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up with customers

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records

  • Coordinate between internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Provide excellent service to prospective and existing clients

  • Support sales presentations and generate reports for analysis

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales, administrative, or customer service role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
