We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and support the company’s long-term growth strategy. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about technology and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through outbound and inbound strategies

  • Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to forecasting and reporting

  • Support clients throughout the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic cloud technology concepts

  • Proven track record of generating leads and meeting or exceeding targets
