We are seeking a passionate Director of BD, Sales & Market Expansion to join our winning team.

Be the Architect of VPG's Growth

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in expanding our market presence within the Weighing & Control industries. Leveraging your expertise, you'll identify and pursue strategic opportunities, fostering partnerships and driving revenue. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action, ensuring VPG's technology continues to revolutionize industries.


This is an on-site position in Poestenkill, NY (Albany area)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of senior-level Business Development & Sales
  • Global sales experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at building and nurturing relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and team member
  • Passion for innovation and a strategic mindset.
  • Travel up to 50%

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Salary range: $150,000-$175,000 annually
  • Up to 45% Bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans
  • Paid time off and holidays

Applicants must be located within the United States. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual’s unique set of knowledge, skills, education, experience and geographic location, as well as internal equity.
