We are looking for a reliable and organized Remote Support Coordinator to assist in managing customer and internal support operations. The ideal candidate will act as the central point for support-related communication, task tracking, and issue escalation ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. You’ll collaborate closely with support agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for incoming support requests via email or chat.
Coordinate and assign support tasks to appropriate team members or departments.
Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate support documentation and records.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or managers.
Provide updates to customers or clients on issue status as needed.
Collaborate with IT, customer success, and operations teams to improve workflows.
1+ years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working independently and remotely across teams.
