Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Compensation: $1,700 - $2,000/month (Salary based on assessment)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, triage technical inquiries, and ensure a smooth communication process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer service calls and emails
Triage customer inquiries and route to appropriate support personnel
Ask basic diagnostic questions to efficiently direct customer needs
Manage the service email inbox
Schedule field technician support
Maintains the work schedule of all service technicians in Salesforce
Helps with the administrative needs of the entire Operations team
Provide a sympathetic and professional first point of contact for customers
Requirements (Must Have):
Fluent English with clear communication skills
1 year of customer service experience minimum
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Nice to Have:
B2B industrial experience
Experience with Salesforce and the MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Technical background in industrial machinery
